Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Last updated: 5 August 2026

1. Who we are

Virtual Reality Empathy Platform Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We are a company registered in Scotland with company number SC548949, registered office 26 Wicks Of Baiglie Road, Bridge Of Earn, Perth, Scotland, PH2 9RN.

For any privacy matter, contact us at support@lifelens.care.

2. What data we collect

When you submit the demo request form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your organisation type (where provided)
  • The date and time of your enquiry, and your IP address

We only collect data you choose to give us through the form. We do not collect special category (sensitive) data through this website.

3. How we use your data, and our lawful basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, and discuss how LifeLens might meet your needs. Our lawful basis for this is:

  • Consent — you tick the box agreeing to be contacted when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — where relevant, to respond to a business enquiry you have initiated and to keep records of it.

We will not use your data for unrelated marketing without your further consent, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

Your data is stored securely on our website hosting and is emailed to us so we can respond to your enquiry. We may use trusted third-party providers to help us host the website and manage communications. These providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties unless required to do so by law, and we never sell it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for 36 months from your last contact with us, after which it is securely deleted, unless we need to retain it longer to meet a legal obligation.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data ("right to erasure")
  • Object to or restrict how we use your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email support@lifelens.care. We will respond within one month.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would welcome the chance to address your concerns first.

8. Cookies

Information about the cookies this website uses is set out in our Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated.
